Indications for Stress MRI

• Equivocal findings on conventional MRI with PRP scanning
• Clinically suspected position dependent nerve root compromise
• Suspected spinal canal or foraminal stenosis with equivocal or borderline findings on PRP scanning, especially if the dural sac diameter is less than 110 sq mm
